Since the Printer has not been in much use (I was in Florida until 4/7/09) I was dismayed to find that the color cartridge was not printing to true colors, especially the blues. I had to replace it. Do you want it back?

When I bought this ink cartridge I checked that it was right for my printer using Amazon ink finder and is not the Ink I need for my HP Photosmart 6380 I bought the color and the black and waisted my money, because my husband opened both packages

After ordering, I received a confirmation e-mail with a completely wrong delivery address. I tried correcting this through both e-mail and phone. It took way too much time and never did get resolved. They kept saying “wait another few days”. I finally went to the store and bought my ink. When I canceled the order, I requested that they refund me the shipping charges since it wasn’t my fault that they sent to an address I never had. They did refund the charge for the ink, but not for the shipping. It wasn’t worth the time or the $5 I would have saved if they had sent the ink to me. I’ll never use again.

Whats to say. Its HP ink. It works. All ink costs too much, that is the reason for only 4 stars.

The price and speed of delivery were fine. However, there was an expiration date on the package indicating that the ink cartridge would expire the following month. I complained to the distributor, but was told that they have no control over dates stamped by the manufacturer. So far, I still have ink, but suspect it may use up too fast. This was a vendor (Databazaar) used by Amazon.
