I bought 3 for our salesmen. They work great, are easy to use, and are small enough to carry in the vehicles. So far no problems.

I recently purchased this printer a week ago. But when Amazon recommended me that I should buy the printer, printer sleeve, and printer cartridge, I followed their recommendation because I’ve been a customer for more than 5 years and was happy with their recommendations. But when I received the printer, it already came with the same printer sleeve. So in essence, I spent over thirty dollars in this rough economy on a thing that I didn’t need.

This is unacceptable and this will greatly hinder my relationship with Amazon (have been a loyal customer for over 5 years). But with this lack of attention to detail, I doubt they really care.

Perfect for what we needed. If I lost this one, or it was stolen, I would definitely buy it again.
