The printer was delivered at noon today. It’s now 8:11 p.m. and I still can’t get it to print wirelessly. It came without the needed USB cable, so after a trip to Best Buy and another $25, I thought I might get the problem solved. No go, though. Far inferior product to the Lexmark I was using (print cartridges were more expensive, but at least it worked and the print quality was much better).
This machine is VERY noisy…my daughter thought I was running the vacuum when I printed a page..LOL.
Keep shopping, but pass on this boat anchor!

This is the worst printer ever. It broke after a month of easy use. When I print anything it has unpredictable results, sometimes it prints half the page, sometimes just stripes of the page, other times nothing at all. We bought the printer because the ink is cheap, and it is, but what’s the use of cheap ink if only 2 in 100 pages are usable?

I bought this product from 17th street photo through amazon. I received a printer but it was the wrong one and sent it back per company directions. I never received another one. Company had my money and did not return my e email. Amazon has issued me a full refund that may take up to 10 days. So I am without a printer as my old one is broke. This is not good.

When I purchased the Kodak ESP All-in-One Printer I expected it to not only save ink, but to have better quality prints. I was disappointed. When printing labels and inserts for CDs the quality was not near as good as my former HP printer.
As far as the other features such as installing, speed, etc. it was about the same as my HP printer was.
I would like to compliment Amazon.com for the ease at returning this product and crediting my credit card so I could purchase an HP All-in-One.

very good printer for the price. Love the cheaper ink than my old printer and lasts longer too.
