Well the product arrived at its destination but not what I’m going to be able to use that to buy a printer that HP Apple+101 does not reach its destination, the cartridges I will keep memories of the incompetence of the seller.

I was misled into buying this cartridge. I have just run out of the cartridge that came with the new printer I bought from amazon and had wanted to pre-order a new one before the one I was using ran out. I ordered the 74/75 as recommended by the amazon site based on being compatible with the Photosmart 6380 but I was disappointed to see that the cartridge sizes are completely different. Now I have to wait for a new cartridge not to mention the $28 that I was misled into paying which I may have to fore go.

I had blindly trusted the information at Amazon and I guess I should never do in future. I would like to get a refund from the seller or a replacement 564 – Cyan, 564 – Magenta and 564 – Yellow sent because those are the only cartridges that are compatible for the 6380.

I found a better deal (one day only) on a similar printer and returned the printer for which this ink was bought; therefore, I returned the ink as well. All went well and Amazon was very helpful with the situation.
